Josef Dolezal (1920-1999) was a Czechoslovak race walker who won a gold medal in the 10 km Race Walking at the 1954 European Championships.
He competed for Czechoslovakia in the 1952 Summer Olympics held in Helsinki, Finland in the 50 km Race Walking where he won the silver medal.
In 1954 European Championships, he won the gold medal in the 10 km Race Walking and the silver medal in the 50 km Race Walking.
In 1946, 1952 and 1954, he also broke the 50 km Race Walking World Record.
In 1955 and 1956, he broke the 20 km Race Walking World Record.
