Leonid Vasilevich Spirin (1932-1982) was a Russian race walker who competed for the Soviet Union. He won a gold medal in the 20 km Race Walking at the 1956 Olympic Games.
He competed for the USSR in the 1956 Olympic Games held in Melbourne, Australia in the 20 km Race Walking where he won the gold medal.
Spirin was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor (1957).
In 1959, Spirin also broke Race Walking World Record of 20 km (1h 27m 29s).
