Nathan Deakes (1977) was an Australian race walker.
In 2004 Olympic Games, he won the bronze medal in the 20 km Race Walking.
In 2006, he also broke the 50 km Race Walking World Record.
In 2007 World Championships, he won the gold medal in the 50 km Race Walking.
His last competitive outing came at the 2012 Olympics Games, where he competed despite a year riddled with injury and finished 22nd in the 50 km.
Nathan Deakes retired from the sport officially in February 2013.
