Manuel Lora (Spain, 1905-1988) was a walker and world-record holder of Multiday events (Walking).
In 1926, he walked 3.353 km around Spain in 84 days. He broke the Around Spain World Record and Around Iberian Peninsula World Record. In 1930, Manuel Lora walked 1.600 km from Paris to Valencia in 21 days. He broke the Across France-Spain World Record. In 1931, Manuel Lora brought the Spanish republican flag to the tomb of republican politician and writer Vicente Blasco Ibáñez, exiled and deceased in France. In the Spanish Civil War, he fought in the Spanish Republican Army against Nationalist faction. Finished the Spanish Civil War, Manuel Lora was taken prisoner by Franco's dictatorship for years.
